Hi, I’m Ilicia, founder of Ledger & Loom (your behind-the-scenes financial partner, number whisperers, and fellow creative thinkers).
I started this business because I saw a gap: brilliant creatives and entrepreneurs were pouring their energy into their craft but feeling stuck or stressed when it came to their finances. With 15 years of experience in accounting, payroll, and financial strategy, I’ve helped businesses gain clarity, confidence, and control over their numbers, so they can focus on what they do best. At Ledger & Loom, we combine structure and soul to make finances feel less overwhelming and more empowering, with efficient processes and simple reports that support your growth without stifling your creativity.
Outside of work, I’m a proud wife and mom of two who loves building and restoring projects, and I completely geek out over anything interior design.
